- Our Phone Line is Now Up2025-01-22
We have completed our initial I.V.R. (Interactive Voice Response) system and our phone line is now live and ready to take calls.
The line will only be accepting calls from Canadian phone numbers. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting calls from blocked numbers as part of our spam filtering system.
Our current support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note: our support staff will not be available on holidays. As time goes on, we will work to increase these support times.
As we are still pre-official-launch, we don't currently have many staff manning the support lines, but if you chose to leave a message, we will be doing our best to respond to those calls in a timely manner. It will be our policy that only Canadians will ever answer our phones and that we will strive to always keep real life people available to help out our patron.

- Multi-Factor Authentication Now Live2025-01-08
User account management with multi-factor authentication is now live.
With the integration of the option between phone or email authentication we aim to keep security at the forefront of our platform. Each user will only need to authentication once every 6 months per browser, even if you've signed out of your account session.
